*American products use a lot of power and can fry circuits. Be wary of bringing a hairdryer or straightener from home.
*Many countries have more formal everyday wear than that of the United States. Be aware of what is culturally appropriate and expected in the country you are traveling to.
*In many countries Heating and Air Conditioning can be very limited. Be aware of these circumstances and prepare accordingly.

- When in doubt – ask the study abroad department, or leave it at home
